Attach AIPercepction to a Character Socket?

Is there any way to get this done but in blueprints?

I need to attach the AIPerception to a socket so it rotates only depending on the socket rotation, not on the Character movement. The problem I have is that even when I turn off the Orient Rotation to Movement of the controlled character,
the AIPerception looks like is always turning, and it shouldnt (which should be an essential option that Unreal does not provide yet)
