Earlier today a Russian hacker used my email to make this account and I went in and changed the password right away after verifying it now I wish to delete it because I did not set up this account please help thanks!
Sorry to hear you had your account hacked, here’s some info on how/why this happened. Epic is still in the process of adding further security measures.
To delete your account please contact Epic Account Support by filling out this form. It says Fortnite, but it’s for UE4 support too, just select “PC/Mac” from the Fortnite Game Platform combo-box, select a random Game Mode, and then use “Accounts” option for Game Issue.
Make sure to include all relevant information, they will reply back to you by email. Please note the support staff are very busy so it may take a few days to receive a response.
