The Master branch of source code is often unstable, and can experience crashes, build failures, and other issues. We do not recommend using it for development, but you are certainly welcome to try using it to see what our developers are currently doing with the Engine. We recommend that you use the most recent release version (currently version 4.3.1) for development in order to get the most stable experience with the Engine.
If you receive an error message stating that a file is corrupt, you will want to re-download the source code and dependencies for that version.
