Importing a 3d model in fbx format

When importing a 3d model (fbx format) the textures are not being assigned with the 3d model. When I manually try to assign them them the quality gets degraded. Is there any way to import them with the material/texture getting assigned automatically or do we have to manually assign them?

for the quality- open your texture in unreal go to level of details change mip gen settings to NoMipMaps

Try around with the compressionsettings of the texture to get the best result that fit’s your needs.

as far i know the UserInterface is equal to no compression
