Blender Game mode interface

Just a really short question for the skilled creators (or at least more skill than I have right now).

With blender and the “blender Game” render system.
When creating a character or anything to import is it a good idea if you want movement in UE4 to do it using the blender movement controllers to set the mobility of the character in blender or is it better to just create the object and it’s rigging and than do it in UE4.

By movement do you mean animation? If so I would make the animations in blender generally. if I made a walk/ run cycle, I would make it in blender then add them to a blendspace and anim bp in unreal. ik adjustments are done in unreal too.
