Ways to archieve physics hair?

Hello,I am new to UE4.
And my UE4 version is 4.19.
I am trying to archieve hair physics in UE 4.19.
I tried to use the HairWork in Nvidia to archieve but it seems that the HairWork isn’t integrated in UE 4.19.
May I ask there is other way to archieve physics hair in UE 4.19?

Hairworks is a plugin you can use in Maya or 3dsmax. Think there is some build in cloth function you can use if your hair is not super compliex, but I haven’t tried it.
