How to fix the brighter border around camera\display.

PLEASE HELP! BRIGHT BORDER IS KILLING ME!!!

So here’s a new one for me, unless it’s always been like this and I never noticed. So all of a sudden I notice a brighter boarder around the display\camera and not sure how to make it go away.

(I HAVE MY SKYLIGHT OFF IN THE SECOND PICTURE TO BETTER SHOW THE BORDER I’M TALKING ABOUT)

Anyone have any ideas? It would be seriously helpful as it’s driving me crazy!!!

So far the only thing I’ve found connect to this issue is the main directional Light Source. Having to lower it almost all the way to get the border to be less noticeable!

weird, the top down example has a post process volume in it by default and could make an effect like that. Try toggling that off in the world outliner (the toggle visibility icon is a little blue eyeball)

Well this is using that topdownexample, but as of now not using any of it, now using third person. Also, disabling PPV has zero impact, the only thing I can find that lessons or gets rid of the issue, is to not use a normal light source, or to have it turned down almost all the way.

Seemed to have to do with the topdownexmple light source, as I removed it and instead using a directional light now and the problem seems to be 100% gone.
