Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

UE 4 keeps crashing

Hi, My ue4 keeps crashing at all time I can't do anything with it because it just crashes, sometimes I get to be in the editor sometimes it just crashes in the start-up menu. I'm using it with a Intel core i5 7th gen and a NVIDEA GTX 1050Ti. I previously used it with a i7 3rd gen and NVIDEA GTX 740M and it run just fine I don't know why with better specs it just keeps crashing. I'll have the crash files attached on this link: https://1drv.ms/f/s!AqVkqnvwtAUtgQMdTKr0IU9dfFD4 If I can't run the editor properly I'll change to other game engine. I would appreciate any help!

My program keeps crashing too on startup and no one will help me either. From my previous experience, if you are writing your own C++ for your project then an error like accessing a variable that has not =CreateDefaultSubobject ed can cause a crash. It would be easier to fix problems like this if we could use the UE4 error checker to solve this, but since it is crashing it is of no use.

I'm not coding my own c++, I actualy can't do anything so most projects are just empty

I fixed it! The problem was on my PC graphics card Apparently Nvidea's most recent drivers have some kind of problem so I just installed one from January and it works fine since then.
