Explain properties of directional wind source

Hello,

I would like to use the wind directional source actor however I cannot find any detailed documentation or any information about it.

for example, what is the difference between “speed” and “strength”?

Do the min and max gust values control how long wind spell takes?

I’d be also interested to know what each of the variables affect and in which way. Also, what units they use would be good to know.
