fix what? you didnt give any information to work with. whats the issue? what are you trying to do? knowing the product line of your processor means nothing (also that one may not meet min spec). you also are writing redundant things, ue4 = unreal engine 4. questions like this will generally be ignored. if you dont put forth some effort to explain your issue then why should we try to help.

Did you get an error message? Is it crashing right after start up? Did you just install ue4 and this is your first time trying to open it?
