Gyroscope look Android

Hi. Shortly - i’m making a game that utilize phone direction as the control input. It works with google VR, but the gyro won’t work in any sensible way with non-VR setup. Using GoogleVR plugin with “stereo off” switches the gyro off. Using the regular setup with tilt or gravity input returns broken jittery controls that won’t even give anything on yaw axis. I’ve googled everything and there’s no solution to this.

Why do i get diffirent results with my oculus and android device?
My pawn controls the same way with headset look and the gyro, but as soon as the physics kicks in, the android setup gets totally messed up!

there’s not just me! UE-59239 is the issue number.
