Inexplicable Wrapping UV's Error Messages, Reduced Materials Resolutions and Frame-Rate Drop On Newer Project Builds

I have a tunnel in the level I’m building that I’ve created out of brushes converted to static meshes. For some reason - this never used to happen earlier in the project - I started to get a wrapping UV’s error message for the ceiling section of the tunnel after doing a build update, which is messing with the lighting presentation in that area. It may be connected or a separate issue, but it seems like almost every time I build now that I’ve made any noteworthy changes to the project the resolution of the materials I’ve applied to various actors gets worse and my in-play frame-rate becomes worse. My focus is design so I’m not sure what is going on, but it’s taking a lot away from the quality of the presentation of the game. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.
