Artifacts on backface of dirty translucent object

I have a mossy glass material applied to a cylinder. By default “Two sided” is unchecked and the material looks fine that way in general (see picture 1), but I would prefer to also see the moss on the backside of the glass. Checking “Two sided” allows me to do that, however I also get artifacts that look like parts of the backface are actually rendered in front of the front face (see picture 2).
Has someone an idea how to get rid of them and why this happens in the first place?

Hi.

Have you been able to solve the problem? I’m having the same issue and this is the only post I’ve seen about it.

Thanks

Nope, sadly not. I asked some people if they even notice the missing moss on the backside. And since nobody noticed it before I pointed it out, I just went with the one sided mesh. But please let me know in case you make some progress!
