UMG / UI Texture Atlas

In 2015, a dev mentioned the plan was to automatically generate an atlas for UMG at cook time. I can’t find anymore information about this since then. Did this feature make it in?

If not, are there performance gains for Windows based games by going the Paper2D atlasing route for UMG rather than just continuing to import separate textures?
