Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Am I allowed to use on my personal time in my office ?

Hello. I've read FAQ to UE4 license and there was a one similar question mto my "I work for a game company that doesn’t use Unreal. Am I allowed to use the Unreal Engine on my personal time?" but it isn't clear enough if I could use UE4 in my office. Fortunatelly I do not work for the company that make games but I just want to use UE4 to learn it when I have more personal time than work. What should I do to use it in my office with respect to your rules ? Do I need to purchase a license in that case ?

Product Version: UE 4.19

Hi Seba. This poses no issues from Epic's perspective, though it might be a good idea to check with your employer!
