RGB Channels displacing when transfering project to different computer

Hello, I built a project on my work computer and took it home, when I opened the project at home all the RGB channels are displaced in the editor (even things without materials added to them, player start, light icons, etc).

I’m not sure what caused this, I’m positive I have the same engine version and I brought with me the whole project folder.

attached is an SC of the displacement.

Looks like stereoscopic 3D rendering is enabled.
