Movement of rain drops on the glass

Hi, any ideas how to do that?

I haven’t made that before, but I think the first thing i’d try is grabbing a seamless noise texture and convert it to a normal map with crazy bump. then just use a panner node to move the normal map down.
everything else would just be the standard glass material. i think there’s one in the starter content.

Pretty solid example shown here that is slightly more advanced than just normal textures with UV panning.

Or be a real baller and either write some custom shader code or use render targets to do it with some “simplified” fluid physics. If you’ve not looked into these before I’d recommend the tutorial; if you have I can point you in the direction of that kinda methodology.
