Play different animations while patrolling and chasing

Hello, as you probably guessed I want to do different animations for my ai patrolling and chasing me
For patrolling/roaming I want it to have the “walk” animation and for chase I want the “run” animation.
The default animation it is using right now is the run animation, because I copied the third person controller blueprint and got rid of camera and made a few adjustments.

This is for a horror game, and I am pretty desperate, so if you could reply fast I would be very happy!

Just have a slower movement speed when they patrol and increase the movement speed when they are chasing the player.
