Marketplace Purchase dont appear

Hello adm,

I bought 2 packs over 2 or 3 days ago, PRO HUD pack and frank Action RPG Sword 1 pack together, paid for them at the spot and there is still no response nor sign of its going to be enable for me to use. Its delaying my work schedule, please do something about it!
It was paid via boleto, but the final time to make the deliver alredy passed. In anex goes the prove on the date and amount of the payment, so you guys can check it for me what is going on please?

They’ll be able to figure out what went wrong.
