Unreal Crashes On Load Up - GetLastError=126

Hi, I have an Acer Preditor 2016 15’’ model. For some reason when I try to load up my Unreal Engine 4 version 4.19.2 I am met with a ClashReportClient Error. I have tried re-downloading the launcher and repairing the launcher and so far neither of those solutions have worked.

It appears as if for some reason the launcher can not find/load the aqProf.dll and VtuneApi.dll in my error. Recently I moved my downloads and documents folder to my D drive, so I tried also moving my epic games files to the D drive and it still did not work either.

I would appreciate any help you could give me and I can’t wait to get back into Unreal Egnine 4!
