UMG: how to disable scaling borders of texture

Hello! I came here from Unity and i can’t understand some things. One of those things is borders. In Unity you can select borders in Sprite Editor and everything behind borders won’t scale and we can get ideal addapted frames and another shapes. I used it for overlays with custom size. in Unity i had this:

But i can’t get it in Unreal Engine. In UE4 i have this:

So how can i do this same way in UE4?

Sounds a bit like 9-slice. Can you clarify? I did not get OP’s question at all.
