AI gets stuck on landscape navmesh

Hello!
I have a problem with my AI, which is that it sometimes gets stuck on the landscape. As seen in the below image, there is a gap in the navmesh. (The square holes)

I know there are settings that change the navmesh, but I do not know what to use to fix this issue. These images below show the same point on the map, where the ai does not move at all. It is consistent across tests though.

Here are the navmesh settings I have:
