Do i get the source code by the engine

i was wondering because on the ue4 website it said download it gave me ue4.
I got the all in one and the engine popped out on my desktop, but I can’t see the source code.
do i need to install 4.3 in the engine to get the source code

You have the precompiled engine. To get the source code you need to download the files from Github. Just follow the video
