Possibility of overlap collisions missing on poor framerate conditions?

Hello,

In the below picture, The Rook is going to capture Queen. It also has to collect the small cylinder collectable as it is on the way.

I use Move Component To is move the Rook. My worry is, If the game runs in a really poor fps, Is there a chance of missing overlap collision with the cylinder?

How to make sure the collectable will always be collected in the given scenario?
