epic games launcher lag while installing UE 4.19.2

i have post a question just 7 minutes ago but i didn't find it i want to tell you that the problem maby fixed i don't know just it works better but the launcher still lagging while downloading UE 4.19.2

ok the question didn't appear i think it's a glitch here is the question (i'm downloading UE 4.19.2 and my problem is i have some lag while downloading UE4 just like playing a game with 3 fps it happens just in epic games launcher not with any game just epic games movement is slow and it happens with UE4 not with fortnite and the installing area in UE4 is too slow it was very fast just 8 minutes and i get another 1% it downloading with a high speed at the area above the downloading area but the downloading area had no downloading speed or just get very little speed then stop) {{{{{make sure that it's the last one the downloading speed area works better but suddenly stops}}}}}
