Speed tree shader not compilling

I am using speedtree trees in my project I am able to see trees in editor but when I package windows build all speed tree looks grey. why are they grey?

green trees are static meshes and grey trees are speedtrees

and editor they look great. Why??

I have been attempting to recreate the issue that you are experiencing and I am unable to do so in the latest version of the launcher. (4.7) Perhaps a little more information could help. What version of the engine are you using? Is this a blank project, a project using one of the pre-made templates, or a custom project involving code? Any additional info that you could provide would be very helpful.
