How to use UGS(unreal game sync)tool?Does it need to build from source code by our own?

I need to sync code and content with my teammates, so I need the sync tool help me do that, but It seems UGS is not included by engine itself.

UnrealGameSync is provided with the GitHub version of the engine and its GitDependencies script. It is not used as a replacement for standard source control but instead is a wrapper for Perforce source control.
