Actor not spawning / Possibly being destroyed

Hello,

Been experiencing an issue where my path that is created through this logic, has missing pieces to it.
I believe that occasionally its either not spawning or being destroyed shortly after spawning.
Is there any reason that this is happening?

PrintString each Patg Piece before it is spawned then after playing in editor, check the output logs to see if the missing pieces have anything co sistent about them. could be a misplaced pivot on the static mesh. asset for example
