Wtf with bullet happens?
When turret fires a bullet, it flies to me, but falls on the floor. If I change impulse strength or disable mesh gravity, it also don't fly all the way and falls, showing her physics. Please help me to disable physics at all!

If you disable physics you can't use impulse to fire your bullet because this is based on physics. If you want to make your bullet move without physics just add something to its position (set world position) every frame and unchecked "simulate physics" on the bullet.
Also try to be a little more clear with your questions topic from yours none knows what you really want ;)
