Point Light with Source Length rotation is different in lightmap

(This is a copy of [UE-56344][1] report)

I second this. This issue is also occurring on our project and I was able to reproduce on ThirdPreson Template (On Launcher version of 4.19.2) as well.
I’m aware above issue is marked as “Cannot Reproduce”.
However, I really wish Epic Games to re-investigate the reported issue.
