Why does my FPP mesh not rotate

I am making a game where you would have firstperson view and still have a complete mesh, just like in Outlast.
The problem what I am having is that when I put anything to the mesh inside the capsule, in the preview it seems fine, but in the game it is locked to this weird rotation.

No matter WHAT I tweak, touch or rotate it nor my camera seem to care what is going on. In the preview I rotate camera or mesh, using values or the slider thingy and it responds but when I compile and go to game it does not have any effect.
I much prefer not to use 3rd person template, because im almost ready to start building the world for my game, so starting over would be such a set back.

Basing my following response from using a First person Character and adding a skeletal mesh:
I found that the the skeletal mesh turns as expected. As of now, I am unable to reproduce the concern. Would you mind sharing images of your blueprints and maybe your inputs?

Additionally, there may be some logic that is setting the skeletal mesh’s rotation.
