UE4 to Oculus Go - Why won't it detect my device?

Hi,
I’m relatively new to using UE4. I have been struggling for the past week in trying to deploy a project on the Oculus Go. I have been referencing the following thread as well as the Oculus Go: Quick Start Guide. I have followed and executed all the steps mentioned in these resources and I am still unable to get it to launch onto my Oculus Go device.

I have:

  • installed the ADB driver
  • installed Adroid codeworks from my UE4 directory
  • installed all the SDK files through codeworks
  • ran the cmd to activate adb devices

any help is appreciated, not sure what I missed or where I might have taken a wrong turn.
