Hey, just to add to your comment, I was able to run UE4 on Intel Core i5 4210H Haswell(2.9 GHz, 2 hyperthreaded cores) and I have to agree it wasn’t much fun. 8GB RAM made it super slow for compiling of code and shaders as well and hence super slow for development.
Laptop you are showing is worse than what I have, so I wouldn’t recommend buying it for development in UE either.

The duel core and only 8GB of RAM would make it no fun… plus, the video card might not work well as its a FirePro. I would do more research on that.
But, honestly, the CPU spec alone might disqualify it…
