When optimizing the game frame rate is stable in 45fps

Hi guys,

I am currently working on a optimization process of a VR project since last 6 months and i have make LOD for every 3d models in the project after building done the frame rate is stable in 45fps in most places but some few places have 90fps, i just want to know what do i need to looking forward now to get 90 fps.I am using oculus rift retail for testing purpose any help would be helpful to me in this situation.
