Where is the Swarm Coordinator in 4.20?

I can’t find the Swarm Coordinator in UE 4.20.
In older Versions it used to be located in C:\Program Files\Epic Games\UE_4.20\Engine\Binaries\DotNET.

A windows search is not giving any results either. Where is the new Swarm Coordinator in 4.20 then?

There is a bug for it. UE-61955
