Having a widget component as an actor (pic attachment green cube is root) and screen space choosen, when running the game (Viewport, PIE) you can scale the window but the widget will stick to the middle of the unreal editor window. Only when the game is running in fullsize of the screen the widget is placed correctly.

Same problem here. In 4.20 my screen widget component have the same bug you describe, In editor and standalone works well but in new editor window (PIE) the position is incorrect
