IK Arm Punch :: What am I missing?

I feel like I have tried everything to get this to work.
What I’m trying to make is the punching IK system shown in the Content Examples . Here is a YT video on what I want to make. Brief demo of an IK setup in UE4 - YouTube

In my scene, I have one arm hitting a wall. I have the trace, I have the AnimBP, but I don’t have anything close to what I’d like to achieve. What am I missing? Below is a Github link to my project.

I updated the example file. Still have the issue…
Anyone know what I’m doing wrong???
