Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Launch photo taken with cardboard camera in cardboard app

Hi I have got some photos that I took with Google cardboard camera that I can view using my cardboard headset. Now I want to use those same assets in a VR demo. So from my entry level i want to be able to embed the photo into e.g. a sphere and then when i focus on it, launch the photo so i can view in the same way that I view direct.

I have managed to download the asset as a jpg for the static frame and set that as a texture, but how do i get the interactive 360 degree asset into unreal and then launch it when i focus on the sphere with the corresponding photo?

Is there anyone who can help me understand how i do that?

thanks Nick
