UE4 crash on startup

UE 4.20 and UE 4.19 crash everytime i try to open them or open a project, im using epic games launcher,

My laptop specs are :
I5-6200U
Intel HD graphics 520, Geforce 940MX
8GB of ram
256 ssd, 1tb hdd(on which the ue is installed)
Windows 10 Home
