Animations are stuttering in 4.20

I am using Animation Starter Pack and in 4.19 everything works fine, but in 4.20 they lag and stutter.

When I open 2 windows to simulate multiplayer, and when I am on server window all animations are stuttering except for the server’s animations.

When I am on client window all animations are stuttering.

Everything works fine in 4.19 so can anyone tell me what is going on here?

UPDATE: Ok, the same thing happens with third person template… Exactly the same thing.
I will try template in 4.19 now…

Ok in 4.19 everything work fine when using third person template… Same as my project.
