HELP CANT START PROJECT BECAUSE OF MISSING "dll" file

I installed Visual Studio 2017 and decided to start using c++ along with blueprints. I was watching some beginner c++ tutorials on youtube. The videos aren’t the problem but the code wasnt compiling in Unreal Engine 4. Ever since then, I’ve been missing a dll file. It says this exactly:

Missing game Modules

The following modules are missing or built with a different engine version:

UE4Editor-game.dll

Would you like to rebuild them now?

Just to let you know, the name of my project is “game”

Can someone please help? I would really appreciate it.

Even if it means getting rid of the c++ from my project “game”. I have barely even coded anything so I dont mind that.

When it asks if you want to rebuild it, what happens if you choose “yes”? Do you get any errors?

Actually I JUST fixed the problem a couple minutes ago but thanks. I watched this video on youtube that helped me. Ill go ahead and post it for anyone else with the same problem.
