[BugReport] Per Instance Random data lose in-game
When using HISM or ISM in the world. All per instance data is gone, reset to a single value when in-game.
Super simple Reproduction Step : 1) Place empty actor in world. Add HISM Component. Put a few instance of cubes etc. 2) Create a material that utilize per Instance Random, apply to the HISM.
In editor you can see the per instance variation. When game is run, all variation is gone , reset to 0. Note that any HISM / ISM added via construction script works.
