UE 4.18.3 freezes when I hit launch for game on my android phone

Hey guys,
I wanted to make a game for my android phone.
I started with the android quick support guide for launching the level on my android phone (Setting Up Unreal Engine Projects for Android Development | Unreal Engine 5.1 Documentation).
This didn’t work, so I searched on the web and installed some android sdks (I guess) and ended up with the same result…
But the 3. guide helped and in that one I had to enable the USB-Deubbing on my phone and suddenly UE4 recognized it.

My Problem is, that if I try to launch the third person blueprint with the starter content on my phone UE4 says: "loading " and the whole programm just dosen’t care anymore for any of my inputs.
