Games Crashes and Unreal Engine

I’m trying to execute a game but it crashes, always, and doesn’t let me open the crash report. It only happens with some games and Unreal Engine 4.20.1. My friend has the same laptop, the game and Engine work very well.

We need more info to help you. Computer Specs, what games etc.

My friend and I have a Predator Helios 300. Main games with a lot of crashes are Rainbow Six, Fortnite, Guedin AoT Fan Game this one doesn’t even executes and Unreal Engine 4.20.1
