Custom Depth doesn't work

Custom Depth doesn’t work.
My steps:

  1. Create new project
  2. Set custom depth “enabled with stencil” in project settings.
  3. Create mesh on scene. Make it “render custom depth”, set stencil to some value.
  4. Create post material with the only node “SceneTexture: Custom Depth”
  5. Add post material to postprocess volume. Result - just white color. No custom depth. But when I select “custom depth” from buffer visualisaition - it works great, I can see my object’s custom depth.
