Why my material flickering

first of all, build the lighting, second of all, It looked like there were big open seams on the edges, I think the problem is that youre trying to use Tesselation. Turn that off and it should look fine

Are you using tessellation? It looks like the object is being culled because the mesh is being scaled by the material. Look into parallax occlusion mapping.
