Remove SpotLight reflection in 4.20
In 4.20, there is no such thing as the "Min Roughness" so I can't make my SpotLight not be reflected on the ground. I saw a forum post about a guy having the same issue but he used Specular Scale to 0.0 but it didn't work. I also checked that my material had a roughness of 1.

I put the Source Radius (Details tab) and Soft Source Radius (Details tab) up to 500 instead of 0, this fixed it.
