Materials appear dark and distorted after building lighting

Earlier today, I ran into the issue where some of my materials became super distorted as if they were never unwrapped after building my lighting. I didn’t seem to have this issue before with these objects when I built lighting but now it’s an issue. Perhaps something got changed in my lighting settings. I also get a message about overlapping UVs after everything is built. I hope someone can find a solution!
