Legal Question about game release
In the EULA it says: "If your primary residence (or primary place of business, if you are a legal entity like a corporation or an academic institution) is in the United States of America, your agreement is with Epic Games, Inc. If it is not in the United States of America, your agreement is with Epic Games International S.à r.l., acting through its Swiss branch."
Since im not from the USA does this mean I have to change in the "Stand-alone-Disclaimers-and-Limitation" where it says "Epic Games inc." to "Epic Games International S.à r.l."?
Did I understand correctly that i have to share 5% of the Gross revenue, which has been generated by that game, after i earned $3000 with that game?
