whenever i try to install using epic games launcher it always says the launcher is currently running, even though it isnt. when i press retry, it always pops up over and over again. when i press ignore it tries to install and then it says, “epic games launcher is currently running and the setup wizard cannot continue. please close the epic games launcher and run the setup wizard again.” like i said, epic games launcher isnt even running. and when i retry, the same thing happens. please help i dont know what to do.
Its probably running in the background processes you can end the background process through task-manager or a simple restart should do it as well
